Following this season's top individual efforts

The art of teams scoring 100 points in the NBA may be lost, but players reaching 50 isn't a forgotten talent. Seven different players have reached the 50-point plateau this season, which is closing in on the NBA record of eight in 1989-90 (see chart below). So far, Antawn Jamison and Allen Iverson are the only players to reach the 50-point plateau twice this season.
