BIOGRAPHY: Four-year starter awarded All-Conference honors since his sophomore campaign.

POSITIVES: Underrated pass-blocking tackle who gets the most out of his abilities. Stay square, immediately gets his hands into defenders, and jolts them at the point of attack. Keeps his feet moving, makes outstanding use of angles, and seals the edge with good body positioning. Quick in all aspects of the game and flashes a nasty streak. Strong enough to turn defenders off the line and anchors in pass protection.

NEGATIVES: Does not consistently play with good balance. Ineffective in motion or on the second level. Lacks top footwork and lateral blocking range.

ANALYSIS: Baker has been a productive college tackle and projects well to the next level. He lacks top upside potential, yet he is polished and smart enough to find a starting job at one of several offensive line spots.
