BIOGRAPHY: All-Conference and all-America selection last season. Senior totals included connecting on 84% of his field goals including a long of 51 yards. All-Conference selection as a junior after hitting on 75% his field goals with a long of 52 yards.

POSITIVES: Durable and consistent kicker that showed consistent progress at Wisconsin. Quickly gets the ball off his foot, has a strong leg and accurate on field goals. Gets good lift putting air under the ball and a solid directional kicker. Tough open-field tackler who gives effort.

NEGATIVES: Does not get great hang-time nor drive kickoffs.

ANALYSIS: Mehlhaff has been consistent on the college-level and is a poised kicker who comes through in the clutch. He needs to get his field goals off his foot and away quicker yet offers potential to start at the next level.
