UConn, Duke, Vandy, OU lay claim to No. 1s
The journey to San Antonio can begin now that the field of 64 has been announced. While recent powers UConn and Duke earned No. 1 seeds, there is some new blood atop two regions. In the Midwest, Vanderbilt surpassed SEC rival Tennessee for top billing. In the West, Oklahoma gained its first No. 1 seed.
